- Shipping method
If you contact us after 24 hours, there is no guarantee that your order can be changed. And you'll need to follow our returns process.
*If you input the incorrect address at checkout, we can not be held accountable if the order goes missing. We are not liable to refund/replace this order.

Confirmation order 21066, I need to change size to US 8 Elaine B Robb
I ordered two pairs of shoes last March (2019) and still have not received them. I have been in contact with Anne from customer support, and she assured me they would be shipped on February 16, 2020. I asked her to let me know the status of the order and also to provide me with a tracking number, and I have not had a response since. Please update me on status of order. Thank you.
